What is the Difference Between the Basket Raffle, Silent Auction, and Live Auction?
-
Basket raffle items are baskets in which you purchase chances to win. You may enter as many chances as you would like for each basket. Winning tickets are chosen at random, though the more chances (tickets) you enter, the greater your odds of winning.
-
Silent auction items are higher-value items or packages; the highest bidder wins. Bidding is anonymous and closes before the live auction.
-
Live auction items are high-value items (many artistic items are priceless pieces made by AWS students!). The highest bidder wins.
