In Grade 7, students learn about their body, how it works and discuss making healthy choices.  The 2012-2013 Grade 7 parents put together this basket to help the winner take care of their self. One Hour Meditative Self-Healing Session with James Pilc, M.D.
The individual sessions may include a broad range of purposes. The main intention is for physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual healing. Through conversations about your life, problems and traumas or need for peace and love, you can discover answers to healing and your true path. Other purposes for the individual sessions may include working on your meditative skills described in the group session or sharing more of the existential philosophies of Meditative Self- Healing.  The intent of the session is guided by you.  Included is the book: Unstuck: The Enlightenment of Medicine, by James Pilc, M.D.
